1. Purpose

This policy applies to everyone using DukaanRaabta and forms part of the Terms of Service. It reflects Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

2. You must not publish content that

belongs to another person without right; is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, or racially or ethnically objectionable; is harmful to children; infringes a patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right; deceives or misleads about its origin or knowingly communicates false or misleading information; impersonates another person or business; threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or incites any offence; contains malware or code designed to interrupt or damage systems; promotes online gambling or betting that is not permitted by law; or violates any law in force.

3. Products and regulated goods

Do not list prohibited items, including illegal arms, narcotics and psychotropic substances, counterfeit or pirated goods, wildlife products, unapproved medicines, or banned fireworks. Regulated goods — including fireworks, which are governed by the Explosives Act, 1884, the Explosives Rules, 2008 and local orders on sale periods and green crackers — may be listed only if you hold the licences required and comply with all age, quantity, timing, environmental and safety restrictions. You must display accurate MRP and product information as required by law.

4. Prohibited behaviour

Do not post fake reviews or ratings; send spam or unsolicited bulk messages using platform links; phish or collect customer data deceptively; attempt to access other accounts or tenants' data; probe, scan or overload the service; bypass upload, quota or security limits; share your account with unauthorised people; or resell the service without written permission.

5. Reporting and enforcement

To report a profile, use the Contact form (purpose: "Report a profile or infringement") or email convurtic@gmail.com, including the profile link and the reason. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and act on them within 15 days; complaints about content that exposes a person's private areas, shows nudity or sexual acts, or impersonates someone in such material will be acted on within 24 hours. We may remove content, unpublish a profile, suspend an account and keep records for 180 days for investigation, as permitted by law. You may contest a decision by replying to our notice.
