1. Scope
This policy covers fees paid to Convurtic for DukaanRaabta plans. It does not cover goods or services you buy from a store listed on the platform.
2. Billing
We do not take online payments or run auto-renewing subscriptions on this site. Every paid plan is confirmed through a written quotation or invoice that states the price, applicable GST, plan period and included allowances. Free accounts can be closed at any time without charge.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by emailing convurtic@gmail.com from your account email with your business name. We will confirm the effective date in writing within 7 working days. Your profile stays live until the end of the paid period unless you ask us to unpublish it sooner. We will provide a data export on request within 30 days of cancellation.
4. Refunds
If you cancel within 7 days of the start of your first paid period and have not published a profile, you will receive a full refund. After that, fees for the current period are non-refundable, except where we cannot provide the service because of our own fault for more than 7 consecutive days, where you cancel because we materially changed these terms to your disadvantage, or where the law requires otherwise; in those cases we refund the unused part of the period on a pro-rata basis. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
5. Store purchases
For anything bought from a business listed on DukaanRaabta, contact that business directly. DukaanRaabta is not a party to those transactions and does not process their payments, deliveries, returns or refunds.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
